The short answer: The best UK affiliate agency is the one that recruits the partners your customers actually listen to. For health and wellness DTC brands whose customers buy on personal recommendation, Augmentum Media, which builds the affiliate roster from creators who use the product. For full-funnel affiliate growth mixing publishers, creators and digital PR, Silverbean or Growth HQ. For premium and beauty brand programmes, Acquire. For affiliate, influencer and brand partnerships under one team, SYYCO. For growing brands launching a programme, Thoughtmix or Link Digital. Ask every agency what share of affiliate sales would have happened anyway.
As of September 2026. Every agency is described from what it publishes on its own website, and figures other agencies state about their own work are attributed to them.
What kinds of affiliate partner does a UK agency recruit?
Affiliate is a commission-only channel, so the partners you recruit decide what the channel is worth. In the UK they fall into four broad groups:
Voucher and discount code sites, which catch shoppers already close to buying.
Cashback and loyalty sites, which reward shoppers for buying through them.
Content publishers, such as review and comparison sites, which reach people researching a purchase.
Creators, who recommend a product they use to an audience that trusts them, on trackable links and codes.
The first two groups can make a programme look efficient while mostly paying commission on sales that were already happening. Content and creator partners are slower to build and far more likely to bring customers you did not already have. For a wellness brand with a small range, that difference is usually the whole story. Augmentum Media builds affiliate programmes almost entirely from the fourth group, and our comparison of influencer vs affiliate marketing explains why the two models work best together.
What are the best affiliate marketing agencies in the UK?
1. Augmentum Media, best for creator-led affiliate in health and wellness
Augmentum Media is a London influencer marketing agency for health and wellness DTC brands. Affiliate is one of four services, run after seeding so that the affiliate roster is built from creators who have already tried the product and chosen to talk about it, then followed by paid amplification of the content that sells.
Published results: Fussy grew to more than 1,750 affiliates over 20-plus months, acquiring more than 11,500 new customers at a 5.12x return on ad spend with a customer acquisition cost under £13.96 including fees. Mother's Earth generated more than 120,000 euros in affiliate revenue at 5.41x. NOOMA brought in more than $35,000 of new-customer revenue from affiliates at twice its in-house conversion rate, and Huel's Daily Greens launch added 120 new US affiliates in two weeks.
Best for: consumable DTC brands where recommendation drives purchase. Not for you if: you need broad voucher, cashback and network coverage across a large catalogue.

Its published testimonials include a health brand.

How do you know if affiliate sales are genuinely new?
Ask for the new-customer share of affiliate orders, broken down by partner type. A programme where most orders come from existing customers through voucher sites is paying commission to intercept its own sales. A programme where creators and content partners bring first-time buyers is adding customers.
Three checks help: compare conversion rates and new-customer rates by partner group, look at what happens to total sales when a large voucher partner is paused, and measure customer acquisition cost including all commission and fees. Augmentum Media reports cost per acquired customer including fees for exactly this reason, which is why the Fussy figure is stated as under £13.96 including fees rather than £5.52 excluding them.
What should you ask an affiliate agency before signing?
What share of affiliate revenue came from new customers on your last comparable programme?
Which partner types would you recruit for us, and which would you avoid?
Who owns the network account, tracking and partner relationships?
How do you set commission by partner type? Paying the same rate to a cashback site and a creator rarely makes sense.
How are affiliate creators briefed on advertising disclosure? Affiliate links and codes need clear labelling in the UK.

Frequently asked questions
What does an affiliate marketing agency do?
It sets up and runs a commission-based sales channel: choosing a network or platform, integrating tracking, recruiting and managing partners, setting commission terms and reporting on sales.
How much does an affiliate agency cost in the UK?
Most charge a monthly management fee, sometimes with a performance element, on top of partner commission and network fees. See our guide to what influencer and affiliate agencies charge.
Is affiliate marketing worth it for a small DTC brand?
Usually, if the partners are chosen for new-customer reach rather than volume. Commission-only payment keeps risk low, but voucher-heavy programmes can cost more than they add.
What is the difference between affiliate and influencer marketing?
Influencer marketing usually pays creators for content or reach; affiliate pays partners a commission on sales. Many programmes now combine them by moving creators who sell onto affiliate terms.
What affiliate network do UK brands use?
Awin is widely used by UK retailers, alongside platforms such as Impact and, for creator programmes, tools built into ecommerce platforms. The right one depends on your partner mix and ecommerce stack.
How long does an affiliate programme take to work?
Setup takes weeks. A reliable read on cost per acquired customer takes around a quarter, and a creator-led roster compounds over two quarters or more as more partners join.
Do affiliate links need to be disclosed in the UK?
Yes. The ASA and CMA treat affiliate links and discount codes as advertising that needs clear labelling, and the brand shares responsibility for how partners disclose it.
